Listing and submission data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and hosting provider. Data may be processed or stored outside Australia as part of this service. We take reasonable steps to ensure any third-party service we use maintains appropriate security safeguards, but we do not control their systems directly.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information submitted as part of a public listing (such as a business name, suburb, or horse description) is, by its nature, visible to anyone browsing the Site.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose personal information where required by law, to protect our rights, or to a service provider assisting us in operating the Site (such as our hosting or database provider), on a confidential basis.
6. Access and Correction
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@racehorses.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Cookies
The Site may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support normal functionality. We do not currently use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.
